Since 2006 involved in a project and part of a team responsable with the implementation and development of The Eurocontrol CISM Program (critical incidents stress management) in Romania.

The program is destined to the air traffic controllers of The Romanian Air Traffic Services Administration (ROMATSA) for emergency situations as a consequence of their overstressing work conditions.

Leopold Szondi (1893-1986) doctor and psychanalist developed this concept on genealogical researches about the human latent potential.

Szondi Test is an instrument, a guide that can access hidden information stocked in the familial unconsciousness. It is based on genealogical studies and analysis. Leopold Szondi developed intuitivelly the idea that our fate choices are in fact echoes of genetic hired predispositions. We are a ''projection'', a ''voice'', a ''wisper'' of the satisfied and refulated needs of our ancestors.

Szondi Test is a technique destined to investigate our latent potential and the unconsciousness tendencies in the major life choises: marriage, profesion (vocation), social life, psychosomatic diseases and posible ways of dying.
